Bought the seeds, really looked forward to seeing something, anything, sprout. Nothing did.
Asked very kindly via email if anyone else experienced what I had
Received a very curt reply “germination is (tested @)82%”
Oh, ok. So I reply “when will they have for sale seed collected from the year it’s being sold”, no reply.
Whether this in house bred cultivar has a naturally occurring low germination rate, I do not know, as the more than minimalist response I had gotten seems to “say it all”.
Make your own decision. I was very nice about it.
