This is an awesome early salad mix! We grew this in our greenhouse this spring for our CSA. It was and remains delicious, vigorous with a varied, but gentle flavor. It was beautiful as well. So far, it just keeps on coming without bolting even though the greenhouse has gotten quite hot. I had planned to pull it up this week after cutting again last week, but it came back and still looks and tastes great, so it's still there to delight our palates.
We farm in Northern Montana.
Love this and will plant it again next spring!
