This seed is for growing forage vegetables for creatures that need some fresh food—enzymes, omega-3 fatty acids, choline, potassium, calcium, vitamins A and C, and phytonutrients. These seeds are not up to standards by commercial farming measures—some of them have been replaced by newer lots, some are below 80% germ, some are stained by rain or have some kind of objectionable chaff that we can’t remove.
